Ok, here's the gist of it: FOX Cable Networks Group has agreed to sell its stakes in Outdoor Life Network (OLN) and The Golf Channel to Comcast after FOX completes the purchase of the stakes in The Golf Channel, Speedvision, and OLN currently held by minority partners COX, AT&T, Daniels Properties, and cable TV entrepreneur Roger Werner. After the transactions are completed, FOX will control a majority stake in Speedvision with Comcast holding a minority stake. Speedvision currently reaches about 40 million homes. FOX will then have the option to partner with NASCAR to convert Speedvision into the long-rumored NASCAR Channel. To quote HaloZ - UGHH!
